Refund policy

1. Overview

At Forge Terrain, quality comes first. We carefully select trusted brands and offer products built for performance and long-term reliability. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Remedies for defective components will be provide accordingly.

2. Shipping Inspection

All purchase are shipped directly from our supplier. Please inspect the shipment at delivery and note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading before signing. Freight damage claims must be submitted directly to the carrier.

 3.  Defective Parts

The Purchaser must inspect the unit for any visible shipping damage before assembly. Any defective or damaged components must be photographed and reported to Customer Service by email within 48 hours of delivery.

4.   Assembly

We strongly recommend having the unit assembled by a certified technician, who will complete all required fluid checks, critical bolt inspections, and the full PDI. For all gas units, the oil must be replaced before first use to help ensure warranty coverage.

5.   Limited Warranty

Coverage. Distributor provides a ninety (90)-day Powertrain Parts-Only Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for the engine and transmission components. 

We strongly recommend professional assembly for the rider safety and to avoid voiding the warranty. Assembly is available for an additional cost.   A certified tech assembles  units and will perform all the necessary fluid and critical bolt checks; in addition to the PDI the oil needs to be replaced before first use on all of our gas units. This will ensure warranty claims.

Exclusions. This warranty excludes labor, removal or installation costs, shipping or freight, consumables, and wear items (including tires, brakes, plastics, batteries, filters, and cables), as well as any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper assembly, modification, or accident. 

Claims Procedure. Warranty claims must include: (a) VIN; (b) proof of purchase; (c) photographs of the entire unit and VIN tag; and (d) clear images or video evidence of the defect. Distributor may request return and inspection of parts prior to approval. 

Resolution. Warranty remedies are limited exclusively to the replacement of approved defective parts. No labor, downtime, or incidental costs shall be covered.
