2. Never ride on paved roads except to cross when done safely and permitted by law - another vehicle could hit you. ATVs are designed to be operated off-highway.
3. Never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4. Never carry a passenger on a single-rider ATV, and no more than one passenger on an ATV specifically designed for two people.
5. Ride an ATV that's right for your age.
6. Supervise riders younger than 16; ATVs are not toys.
7. Ride only on designated trails and at a safe speed.

Safety and Certifications
Vitacci Motorcycles Inc certifies each model with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission to ensure it complies with all current guidelines and regulations. We also certify each model with the United States Environmental Protection Agency to ensure it meets all current federal environmental guidelines and regulations.

Limited Warranty

90-Day Limited Parts Warranty

Forge Terrain stands behind the quality of the vehicles we sell. This limited warranty covers factory defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the original retail purchase date, subject to manufacturer approval.

✅ What’s Covered

• Factory defects in materials or workmanship
• Internal engine and transmission (powertrain) components
• Manufacturer-approved replacement parts only

❌ What’s Not Covered

The following items are not covered under warranty:

• Labor, diagnostics, installation, or shipping costs
• Wear items including tires, chains, belts, brake pads, batteries, spark plugs, filters, bulbs, fluids, and similar maintenance items
• Cosmetic damage including plastics, paint, decals, graphics, seats, and body panels
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, racing, accidents, overheating, improper maintenance, incorrect fuel or oil, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claim Requirements

To process your warranty claim as quickly as possible, please provide:

• Photo of the complete unit (side view preferred)
• Photo of the VIN plate
• Photos or a 30-second (or longer) video clearly showing the issue
• Brief description of the problem
• Part(s) needed, if known
• Proof of purchase

Incomplete claims may delay processing.

Important Information

• Warranty is valid for 90 days from the original retail purchase date.
• Warranty covers replacement parts only.
• Labor, shipping, installation, diagnostics, towing, rental costs, and reimbursements are not covered.
• All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer review and approval.
• Additional information or inspection may be required before a claim is approved.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

• Note any visible freight damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
• Report concealed shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.
• Shipping damage is not considered a warranty issue and must be reported promptly.

Assembly & Maintenance

Professional assembly by a certified technician is strongly recommended for safety and proper operation.

Failure to properly assemble, inspect, or maintain the vehicle may void warranty coverage.

The Apollo brand of dirt bikes is famous for its reliability. The bike models are designed and engineered to be reliable. It is known for its high sportive performance in all terrain types, irrespective of the conditions. And if something goes wrong with the vehicle, Apollo has an excellent customer support team to help the customers.

The ATV's riders should always wear long sleeves, long and loose pants, goggles, gloves, over-the-ankle boots and DOT -compliant helmets. It is advised not to ride on paved roads. If you prefer to ride on paved roads, you must know the permissions and ride safely. Keep in mind that, ATVs are off highway vehicles. Riders shoud never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Most vehicles arrive partially assembled to ensure safe and efficient shipping. The level of assembly varies by manufacturer and vehicle model.

For your safety and to help protect your warranty, Forge Terrain strongly recommends that all vehicles be assembled and inspected by a qualified powersports technician or mechanic before use.

Assembly service may be available for select models after your order is placed. If you'd like your vehicle professionally assembled before shipment, please contact us by phone as soon as possible after placing your order. When available, the customer is responsible for any additional assembly charges as well as any increase in shipping costs resulting from shipping a fully or partially assembled vehicle.
