2. Never ride on paved roads except to cross when done safely and permitted by law - another vehicle could hit you. ATVs are designed to be operated off-highway.
3. Never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4. Never carry a passenger on a single-rider ATV, and no more than one passenger on an ATV specifically designed for two people.
5. Ride an ATV that's right for your age.
6. Supervise riders younger than 16; ATVs are not toys.
7. Ride only on designated trails and at a safe speed.

Safety and Certifications
Vitacci Motorcycles Inc certifies each model with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission to ensure it complies with all current guidelines and regulations. We also certify each model with the United States Environmental Protection Agency to ensure it meets all current federal environmental guidelines and regulations.

1 Coverage. Distributor provides a ninety (90)-day Powertrain Parts-Only Warranty covering
defects in materials or workmanship for the engine and transmission components.

2 Exclusions. This warranty excludes labor, removal or installation costs, shipping or freight,
consumables, and wear items (including tires, brakes, plastics, batteries, filters, and cables), as well
as any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper assembly, modification, or accident.

3 Claims Procedure. Warranty claims must include: (a) VIN; (b) proof of purchase; (c)
photographs of the entire unit and VIN tag; and (d) clear images or video evidence of the defect.
Distributor may request return and inspection of parts prior to approval.

4 Resolution. Warranty remedies are limited exclusively to the replacement of approved defective parts. No labor, downtime, or incidental costs shall be covered.
